Hi On numerous occasions have I experienced that my Lotto tickets turn black. When I told Gidani about this, they say it is due to extreme heat. These ticket is normally inside my car out of the sun. So that does not qualify as extreme heat. Also no where on the tickets does it say that tickets ...
