Same complaint as previous, my wife had a FNB account. Not using it anymore went to close it today She is 6 months pregnant, had to wait almost 2 hours to get helped. Debit of 8 rand on account, cannot just settle it, had to pay R50 cash at teller since she now doesnt have an FNB account anymore. ...
