OVER CHARGING ON ANIMALS
I wend to the randburg spca on 3 ocasions wher I finally found a dog and a cat. Upon the first 2 visits I was told 450.00 for the cat all inclusive and 550.00 for the dog all inclusive. Once the inspection was done I got a call to come and collect. The dog wasn't due the waiting period as yet, ...
