On the 23rd May I upgraded a phone on my account. This was a Sony Xperia V. Within the 1st day it switched off on its own and heated up. Took it back to the Vodashop where I got it, 3 days later. I only received the phone back after 10 days to be told that there was nothing wrong with the phone. ...
