Still waiting for copy of policy!
As can be seen from the history of this complaint - Elsa Fourie contacted me on Friday 23rd August 2013 and promised to send me a copy of my policy by end of business on Monday 26th August - it is now Thurday 29th August 2013 and I still am waiting for the policy!! ...
