Upgraded phone - still no sim
I upgraded from a Blackberry to a iPhone 5. I received my new phone on 10 May, they forgot to send the new small sim card with the phone (as per iphone5), they delivered the new sim on 17 May after many phone calls. I tried since the 17th to do the sim swap and eventually after many phone calls ...
