Complete failure

Sent my amp in for repairs 7 months ago, 2 weeks later was told to collect and payed the bill, tested the unit didn't work..., took it back and have waited 6 months with the owner stalling. Now he can't produce the unit the refund and cannot get hold of him... makes empty promises
