I wish to bring to your attention that the company responsible for your directory deliveries is pathetic. The new 2013/2014 directories were delivered in my area today. The complex I reside in consists of 4 units, each having their own post box on the front gate. It therefore stands to reason that each unit should be receiving a directory. However, only one directory was dropped off at our front gate. Fortunately, I was at home at the time to witness this and called the person responsible, informing him that we require 3 more directories. I also took the trouble to instruct him how many directories he should leave at other properties in my road. Please investigate this matter.
