When we first took out our contract many years ago, the MTN service was very good - it has deteriorated so much in the past 2 years - we have complained on numerous occasions and MTN have been to our premises twice to install boosters which have not helped at all. They came again on 23 September and confirmed once again that there is a serious problem with the signal. The number of dropped calls is a major concern. Do we not have rights? Is this not a case for the National Consumer Protection Act? All we want is for our number to be exported to a service provider that can PROVIDE a service!! When phoning Nashua Mobile this morning and attempting to advise them once again of these issues, the phone was put down in my ear!!
