After so many days of running around the MTN strores looking for a handset replacement and getting bad service, I finally landed myself at MTN Clearwater Mall. I received exceptional service from the lady Consultant at Clearwater mall (unfortunately I did not get her name but she is dark in complexion). She did everything according to the book. I am really pleased with the way she treated me; she explained all the information in a professional and clear manner, She is friendly, welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely go back for if the need arises. Great work! please keep it up!!
