Today I received a sms stating that an amount of R430-83 will be debited on my bank account. When I called the call center the lady told me that the system shows that I took a contract on the 11th June 2013 and that they are charging me R200 for sim & connection fee and the R230-83 is my monthly subscription. I've had this number since last year. What I know is that my monthly subscription fee is R135. I am so shocked of what I heard today. The lady said she will log a call and that there might be a error. I want this whole mess to be sorted out ASAP before I take this any further.
