We bought a treadmill from Russell Demont at Treadmill Tech for R5500. The advertisement stated that the treadmill comes with a full service history and guarantee and we were issued an extended service warranty upon receipt. We realised soon after he delivered the machine that it didn't work. He failed to return to fix it, despite his service warranty and now also refuses to collect the machine and refund us. I tried to reverse the payment through my bank, but he immediately withdrew the money and disappeared. I'm finding similar reports all over the internet. This guy is clearly a pro. Be careful, he also uses online platforms like OLX and Gumtree to sell his broken equipment.
