Thank you to all staff at Yuppiechef. I made an online order for glasses. One glass unfortunately was broken on delivery. I emailed the general email that evening and Oliva Grant sent me a very polite email to say that they would replace the glass within a week. Thank you for your great service and to all staff who make it look so easy.
