Just a quick thank you to Colette Harwood at Dis-Chem for going the extra mile.
My wife and i could not attend a Gluten Free info day held by Dis-Chem, Colette took the time to hear just how difficult it can be for Gluten intolerant people to find the correct information or products and had the info packs and sample goodies sent to us.
She could have taken the easy way out and simply accepted our apology, for not attending, do nothing and go about her day - but instead she took the extra time and interest, sourcing our information and sending us packs that we have recently received in the mail.
