We decided to use Woolworths as one of our listed gift registries for our wedding, to be held on the 6th April 2013. First of all it is not well explained as to how to register our wedding gift list online. Once we accomplished that we were told by our guests that no list exists, when they happened to ask at a Woolworth's store. I then went into Sandton Woolworths and indicated to the staff member that both our guests and myself are getting frustrated by this process as there is no list in sight. The staff member, who was kind enough to assist, said she would sort it out the following day and ensure the gifts we selected would be published as our wedding list. I was told that someone from Woolworths would call, but I still wait 2 days later and been told again by guest that there is no list. We are highly irritated with this and the fact that most things on the online list of gifts to choose from are out of stock. I am really disappointed in Woolworths and did not expect this from them. I urgently request that this matter gets sorted out immediately.
