I bought two Colgate 360 toothbrushes a month ago and I also bought replacement heads when the three months was up. Its only been a month and the toothbrushes refuse to work. I bought new batteries and that did not work. I paid so much thinking that an automated toothbush will relieve from the strain of brushing. Little did I know what I was getting myself into. I did not expect such disappointment especially of a brand that has been part of my life for more than 30 years. The second toothbrush was for my wife. she used for a week and it stoppede working. How embarassing is that. I guess its all about quantity and there is no more focus on quality of products. Is that the case at Colgate also? if I knew where to go and get a refund I would do that because this is broad daylight.
