We are so quick to get onto HelloPeter and complain. This time I want to give credit for superb service. I've been purchasing online through Loot for a number of years. I have always received excellent service from them. There communication is great, their systems and website always work and are easy to use and their prices are normally the best. On the odd occasion there is a problem you always get prompt clear communication and how they are going to fix your problem.
I've dealt with Wardah on a number of occasions and she has always been brilliant.
