No clear answer from call centre

I ordered a parcel on the 26th of November, and payment was made on the 1st of November. Estimated time of delivery were the 10th of December. Order number 1000890503 has need been delivered yet, not even dispatched. Very frustrated as the people at the call centre promises to phone back, but they don't. If the product is out of stock, which they told me is not the case, it would have been understandable. But sadly Kalahari is not great on communication. This is a christmas present, so I would appreciate it if you can be upfront with me and tell me if there is a problem.
