I had the most awesome experience from a cashier ever! Marcel from your Retail Crossing branch was SO helpful, friendly and SUCH a pleasure to deal with! Clearly this lady has had some previous excellent training in customer care... nothing was too much trouble! Makes a change from the usual "I am just here because I need the salary" ATTITUDE!
