I purchased a chest of drawer at Morkels in Market Street in Johannesburg. The third drawer is not working properly and I have contacted them on many occasions. I even went to the store to explain my problem, everytime there is a new person who takes my details and never gets back to me.
They promise me all the time that they will have a guy named (Stephen) to come fix it for me but they never get back to me. I am worried because the damaged drawer is now starting to affect the other ones. I would really be happy if they come fix it for me even if they charge me its ok, although I still have a warranty..but it just looks like I am not going to get help.
