Lack of Professionalism

In March 2013, my baby (3 months old at the time) developed a bad nappy rash and I called Pampers and notified them and they sent a courier to my house to pick up 5 nappy samples for testing. I haven't heard from them since. I am always calling to find out what the progress is and the person on the other end always promises to find out what the outcome is, but they NEVER get back to me. Do they need 5 months to test 5 nappy samples? What repulses me even more than the time they re taking to have this issue resolved, is the fact that they have never bothered to update me as to what's going on.
