Great Response from Mr. Sekgwati at Game from Jabulani Mall. He called me after I experienced a problem at the store and he attended to me, He took the matter and resolved it by himself made sure that when I left the store I forgot about the bad experience I had with his colleagues. I wish we can have more people like him in places where they renders customer service.
