Less than half an hour after ordering an item from the Citymob website this morning I received an e-mail saying that my order has been upgraded from standard shipping to the fastest delivery option at no extra cost and I should expect it by 17:00 the same day. I was convinced the delivery date in the e-mail was incorrect and that it would possibly arrive the next day only. Unbelievably my order arrived this afternoon less than 5 hours after ordering it online! That is great service!!
