Hygiene problem at bakery

I have repeatedly and over a long period of time requested that the display area at the bakery be closed off from passing shoppers. Unpackaged items are displayed behind, but not entirely covered glass sheets. Customers sneeze and cough over these items and still nothing has been done to correct this situation. Management have apparently reported this to head office?? Nobody there seems to care either. The top of this display counter has been open since the shop opened, no point in speaking to the staff, they are too busy buying the market down, shop specials of the day, to pay attention to the customers.
