We read c0mplaints about them here before going to them. We wanted to apply for a 4x12 vibe house. The cost = R82k. Seen that the price was too high, we asked for a quote just to put up the structure & n0thing else. Suraya had a price list stating that the price for only the structure is R14k. Not knowing that we saw the pricelist on her table when she left her desk, she came back and said the price for the structure only is the R82k-R14k which is R68k! (she was very nervous when doing the calculations). When we confronted her about it she got really aggitated & told us we d0n't kn0w the building industry. Even the calculations of the weekly installments was wr0ng. If we were dumb people and if we didn't research them before hand, we might have believed her. Now, one can only imagine how many times they get away with conning people everyday. How many people have been overcharged by them? Think twice before buying from them. Their customer service is very bad as well. The whole place & everyone there looks dodgy. Be warned & read the other complaints about them before its too late.
