Mr Price has been sending me unsolicited promotional SMS's of which I get charged for. The SMS's follow a period they were spamming me. I called them to ask why and where they got my number from and they could not even give me a definite answer.
I don't sign up for third party information sharing when I open accounts or policies so it all seems dubious to me. After I mentioned that they were in violation of my consumer rights, the call centre agent promptly put me on hold and I gave up after 10 minutes of waiting.
