WHAT AM I FORCED TO PAY A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FOR

On 27 Feb, I arrived at home, and as my wife had to use my car, left it idling for her to get into. She drove off, however the keys were still in my pocket (keyless car). My cell phone was not with me. Tracker phoned and sms'd me to find out if all was ok, as my car was on the move without the key/tracking device being in the car. I only received these messages the next day. Needless to say that is the last I have heard of anything from Tracker. I lodged a complaint (reference LC5963), and have obviously not been contacted. The only thing they do well is take a monthly subscription from me. If my car was it would be long gone by now. Why should I be forced to pay for this because insurance companies say so? This is a.
