To whom it may concern
i am appauled at the poor service and effectiveness of Tracker. My car got on the 26th of July 2013. They had kept me in touch via sms on the day till today but no positive leads till now to find my car. Considering that i pay for a service on time monthly, which should keep me positive and hopeful in a situation like this, i've been totally dissapointed. I also know that i am one of plenty who have not ended up being a happy customer, but yet Tracker have never given any assurances considering their poor track record. As a client, i feel i've been taken for granted, and for those who are considering using them, i would suggest a proven tracking company instead.
