We have been informed via e-mail that contributions to the fund were either not made in time or are still outstanding. After replying in detail and attaching all requested proof of payment etc to each and every one of the 5 e-mails sent, the error has still not been rectified.
When dialing the contact number on the email to try and rectify the matter, you are met with voicemail.
Even when cc'ing numerous other employees at PSSPF who assisted in joining the fund, NO response by any means is received. I simply do not understand how any company can be run in this manner!
