Newstardiamonds which claims to be based in cape town is a fake and a fraud. Took my money almost 6 months ago and made excuses for delays. I asked for a refund and received more excuses. His website did not allow my testimonial to be published so it appears the testimonials are fake. BEWARE! Do not be a victim of scam.
