I am so frustrated, been trying for the last 30-40 minutes to reconnect my DSTV decoder and haven't been able to get through to the 011 and 031 call centre numbers. Even the 083 number doesn't work and the website is having issues on self service.....what's going on DSTV....don't want customers? ...

No answer at call centre

I have now been trying to get through to DSTV used up R400.00 airtime, when i finally got theough last night the technician could not help me or was very reluctant to help so now I wasted R400.00 on phone calls no results, and I have to pay a technician now to come out to me as DSTV just don't care ...
