Hellopeter please help I'm sick and tired about multichoice service. I'm subsrcribed to sabc channels only, I pay R29 everymonth.end of october I went to lebowakgomo branch to make a payment, on my card it went throu but multychoice said they did not receive my payment, I must get bank statement to prove that, even after I showed them an sms notification.on the 8th november I went again they told me to pay R69 then I paid, they way I'm so fedup with them I didn't even ask whts tat amount for cause I know I'm subscribed to R29.today the 23nov my dish its disconnected I called stupid call center I spoke to busi xoxo who told me to how speak to her, she told me tat I owe multychoice R120, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to put me throu supervisor, I want multichoice to pay my airtime which I spent calling them to get such horrible service, multychoise should just close their doors if this is the kind of service we gonna get everymonth from them. I want them to call me and explain wht the its going on in my account, and who said they should change my channels. I want my money back
