While we do understand that TopTV is under administration, it is worrying how their service levels have also deteriorated. Despite several promises that new content will be added to the service in July 2013, nothing has come of this and practically all the channels feature endless reruns. Several requests to TopTv to downgrade our package until such time as they have new content to offer, have met with absolutely no response?
