A month ago we went to the Fourways ster kinekor and bought refreshments. They swiped our card 4 times and kept saying it was declined when all 4 times it went through. When we queried it, they requested bank statements which we sent through and now they tell us a refund was done but there's no proof and now they tell us we have to follow up with their bank! They are a bunch of liars who have been making excuses from the start! Rather check your slips because they could be triple charging you too and it's money you'll never see again! Ridiculous service with no accountability whatsoever!!!
