We cancelled our rental agreement 5 months prior its maturity date. As per contract, if we breach it, we are liable for 3% of the finders fee of the value of the entire contact. I signed on to this. I agree. But Michelle signed that the deposit, after we moved out, will be paid back in two weeks! Its almost three weeks. I contacted her numerous times just to tell me WHY it hasn't paid out so that I can forward that mail to my new landlord and tell him why I have not paid my new deposit as yet., She simply just doesn't answer. All I want is an ANSWER!
Clearly that is to much to ASK!
