I need to understand where you get your figures from as this quite frankly is madness, you must be out of your minds to be charging people these amounts. She is a pensioner so she does not have this type of money.
Since when is sewerage over R700 rand a month and water R1430??? Never before has her billed looked like this, so what has changed??? I strongly suggest you resolve this matter internally and get competent people to enter the info as clearly the system and staff you have now doesn't work.
I also need to mention that this account is soo far behind and incorrect I would laugh if this wasn't so serious. Surely the payments that are made at a municipal office reflect on the system & account sooner than any other payments? Well I can assure it doesn't, if and when you can explain to me I would love to hear it.
I have also attached a copy of payments that are not reflecting as well as current print out from one of the marvelous offices and you can see there has been a serious F*(&*&%&^ up here.
2nd payment which does not reflect on here - was R800 on 31/01/2014
