Anybody ready to join this group.. i have been a victim of Trudon calling my company to sell a subscription without proper explanation on the cost implication. and taking authorization from a staff not being in position to authorise an account..
paid a whole 12month subscription
2nd year, making a staff sign documents without authenticating position. the contract was edited and not completed with the staff, and not even a copy was left behind or emailed... trying since may 2012 to cancel but nobody seem to be able to help...
Telkom will not take it off, and i would have cancelled the line.. but i need the number...
anybody can help... i see many people have had thesame problems...
this is cooperate bullying
