Still waiting- tr no. rr117776723t

I purchsed an item on ebay on the 26/02/2013. According to the Post Office website it arrived in JHB int mail on the 15/03/2013 and in Cape mail hub on the 19/03/2013. currently it shows a status in transit on the 22/03/2013 At cape mail hub. i have been waiting long and pleas advise what does this mean in transit at cape mail.
