I have requested the change of my banking details for the last two months and have not received any feedback as yet. I sent in the required documents and get a auto reply that it will be attended to. This is so unprofessional and I feel MTN is actually stalling in doing the necessary.
I feel this service is totally unacceptable and would like to bring it to the attention of management.
Two months is very unprofessional. Please get your house in order as clients are getting very frustrated...
