Attery replacement

Our car was towed on the 7th of January 2014 to KIA Westgate for a battery replacement. We explained the urgency to have the car back because we were going on a family vacation to the coast on the 13th of Jan 2014. which we had already paid for.we never received a call regarding the car and my husband and are were the only one's making follow up but we sent form pillar to post. My understanding is that whoever was responsible for the car at KIA was supposed to update us on a daily basis but we were calling every day and more than 4 times a day! Requested to speak to the manager. Mr Ferdi on several occasions, but every time, we were told that he's in meetings but never return our calls! Hein Botha (workshop) had our home and both cell numbers but he never informed us or update us regarding our car. It was only taken there for a battery replacement but we waited for 7 days to get our car back! we were supposed to leave for Durban on the wee hours of monday the 13th of January 2014, but still our car was still at Kia workshop, no battery and no feedback. The battery was only replaced on the 13th of Jan 2014 @ 14:00.we lsot the entire day of our vacation and the money we paid for iteniariry
