I've never made a loan with this company

I received an sms this morning saying "Please contact our Collections department to make alternative payment arrangements. Failure to do so will result in you being handed over to our legal department for collection.

I have never made a loan or have an account wth these people the company Loan locator SA, the same lady keep picking up the phone n she is very rude, I asked her how can the hand me over to ld collect if I never made a loan with them, she said I must sort it out with ld collect but I'm not getting any response from them n the number provided is not working.

I'm still awating a response from them.
