No-one expects a company never to have issues, but its how they deal with the issues that makes a company great. Purina had problems with the current Win a Trip to Hollywood competition, but I have been impressed again and again with how they have responded and sought to fix the problem. They have called and sent emails to explain what was going on and offering alternatives. My cats love Friskies and now I'm pretty happy with them too! Thanks guys, well done.
