Good morning, for years I have been a loyal Pringles customer, even though they cost more than all other brands of crisps. Yesterday I went to my local supermarket chain and purchased your new can. I was disappointed to see that the price was still the same as the old canister, except 1 third of the weight is gone! Then to my horror when I got home and opened up canister, I could barely fit my hand inside and the Pringles are now a miniature size too! Needless to say I'm very saddened at the direction of the repackaged canisters and I hope that you didn't believe that people wouldn't notice because they will, the taste is also different and not as flavorful. I felt that I needed to inform you of my dissatisfaction and hope you'll think about your brand and your customers before making such radical changes in the future, also how do you expect men to get them out? Tip them over?
