I got a debit order notification this morning at 06:26, the 15th Of August 2013 from Ocean SA. I have no idea why my account is debited as I don't have an account/policy with Ocean SA whatsoever. I want my money to be refunded immediately as this was not a preauthorized transaction and I have no knowledge of this company.
The reference on the SMS notification was as follows: NAEDO Tracked Do, OceanSA/62864047Oceans and an amount of R129.99 was debited off my account. Please look into this as a matter of urgency and ensure that this does not happen in future!
