I, Ms ABEGAIL CIKIZWA BOOTH BOUGHT THE ABOVE MENTIONED CAR IN DECEMBER 2012 FROM MIKE NATHAN AUTO DEALERS.
THE CAR IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY FOR TWO YEARS. IN JUNE2013, IT GAVE ME A PROBLEM AND I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER.
THEY ARE TAKING LONG TO REPAIR MY CAR AND I HAD TO FIGHT FOR A COURTESY CAR HOWEVER, THEY GAVE ME AN OLD UNO AFTER MY CAR WAS WITH THEM FOR TWO WEEKS.AND I GAVE THEM BACK AS IT DID NOT START.
SECONDLY, THEY ARRANGED AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET WITH ME ON THE 6 JULY 2013 WITH THE INTENTION THAT I AM GOING TO GET AN ALTERNATIVE CAR, ONLY TO FIND THAT THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME AN INVOICE (FOR A CLUTCH PROBLEM) TO PAY BEFORE I CAN GET MY CAR. I CONTACTED THE CAR WARRANT OFFICE AND THEY ARE WILLING TO PAY THE CLAIM BUT DELAYS IS FROM THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS. THE WARRANT POLICY NO. IS: UNV001855. THE LAND LINE NO IS:

I BELIEVE THIS IS UNFAIR TREATMENT TO ME AND I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A SERIOUS INTERVENTION TO THIS MATTER.
I WOULD APPRECIATE A SPEEDY RESPONSE IN EXPEDITING THIS MATTER AS IT IS A CRISIS FOR ME AND IT PUTS ME IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION MORE ESPECIAL FOR MY WORKING HOURS.
