I honestly think Beauty Factory - Nicolway can learn a thing or two about customer service. I walked into the store, stood there for like 5minutes and this very unfriendly lady by the till didn't bother to greet or ask if I needed assistance. I decided to leave and went to the BodyShop where I got excellent customer service.
Thanks for nothing Beauty Factory. I will never bother again!
