Normally you order something from Kare it takes 1- 2 Weeks to design and fabricate, this last time i order from you it has taken 1 month and 3 weeks to produce a simple panel that requires engraving, and i probably won't receive it for another couple of weeks, also so tired of empty promises, then Bernie tells me its done, i come through to collect, and it isn't done yet, whoever the owner is, I hope you pull your socks up and straighten and fix the issues inside your company, its really a joke as far as i am concerned, as per your website states "We strive towards quality workmanship (agreed), on time delivery (joke), competitive pricing (joke) and
personal service (joke). Seriously in the beginning it was great to go to you guys but now its a true disappointment.
