When I was 16-17yrs old, my father signed me up with intec college to do my matric.the beginning of 2013 I found I was blacklisted. I phoned intec and they removed me off the itc. which one damaged my name. since then I have been hounded by this company saying this is my account because my name is on the contract. however they do not have any other details. I explained that my father was responsible for this account. they do not care. they saying it does not matter. how can they wait ten yrs or so to try get money from me when I was a minor when the account was drawn up. is this even legal. I have already wrongfully been listed and I am afraid it will happen again. i phone intec and they want a trade off. my dads details or they will list me, i am sure its against the law to do this. but i account afford a lawyer. but i feel so distressed by these claims. i have phoned every person i can. this is not my account. i may have been the student. but i was never responsible for this account. im sure even in the contract it did not have that clause. they cant even bring up the contract. this company is the demon in my life!!!
