POOR SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE

Order number 100746401 - for delivery 6 March 2013 - Recipient still has not received delivery!
I AM ANNOYED - I am on line with your freaking annoying "Harold" who keeps telling me "please stay on the line .. one of our super DUPER agents will be with me .. before I can say Matching Sox and Gloves"

I placed this call at 5.55pm and at 6.12pm I was still HOLDING!! Shocking Shocking service - If this gift is not at the recipients home by 10h00 tomorrow morning I will CHARGE BACK WITH MY BANK and NETFLORIST WILL NEVER EVER SEE A CENT OF MINE AFTER being a customer since 2008!!!
