For more than a week I tried to get my money paid out to me so that I can send the parcel. I have been a victim of so many times that I will not send a product untill the balance is available in my account!!
I phoned BoB to hear why my money hasn't been paid out, they say they are waiting for my documents (Which was sent when I requested the payout). They found my documents and said payment would be done the next morning. The buyer starts getting irritated and suspicious, like I'm a criminal. a Week later I phone BoB again to hear where my payment is, they said there is an hold on my payment because of some 'security alert'. They sorted this out, telling me my payment will be done tomorrow morning. Now the buyer wants to cancel. All of this would have been avoided if BoB communicated with me and telling me whats going on with my payment!!
Now I am happy I didn't send the parcel as I would've lost the product as well as my money as BoB had NO INTENTION of paying it out!!
I will be laying a complaint at the Consumer Protection I will never sell or buy anything on BoB again and I will never direct any friends to their site!! I will warn every one I know of this company!!
